This hasn't been officially announced yet, but Kate is attached to star in "Still Alice". I already had a feeling for a few months now, first when Kate started following Julianne Moore on Twitter, then when it was announced that Julianne was gonna star in "Still Alice" back in November, I remembered Kate had previously praised the book, so I started searching for news and I was really hoping that this was true because the book got so much praise. When I searched again today, I found this [when you click the link, it will be automatically downloaded]. www.sadibey.com/dosyalar/Gerekli_Seyler/Bir_Film_Pek_Yakinda.xlsAlec Baldwin and Kristen Stewart are also attached. My sister was right, she said that the daughter was probably gonna be played by Kristen after I told her this. www.script-to-screen.co.nz/2013/08/sally-tran-at-killer-films-nyc-blog-1/I was hoping for Jennifer Lawrence, especially after "The Hunger Games" connection with Julianne. But, I AM SO EXCITED! If this is done right, this is the kind of movie that can get nominated for [or even win] many awards. This will start filming next month in New York, and I think Kate is gonna play the oldest daughter. EDIT: Found a better link. international.memento-films.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/MFI-e-lineup-Paris-Sundance-2014-.pdf

Oh yes, it's definitely happening! Sony Pictures Classics is distributing the film in the US and it's slated for a fall release. YAY! Julienne Moore could be a strong contender for an Oscar! The first release date. Source. I thought it was going to be released this fall so Julianne could be an Oscar contender. Yes, they just announced that it will have one week of showings in Los Angeles and New York this December, then expand it on January. So excited! EDIT: Source.

It's been a rumor [not confirmed yet] for more than 1 year, if I'm not mistaken. James Franco, and Robert Redford are also rumored to join the project. And Kristen also recently worked with Tim Blake Nelson, the writer/director, in Anesthesia, so maybe they talked about doing the project together.

Julianne Moore won the SAG award the past sunday and thanked to her partners in the speech! "When I was on As the World Turns," Moore recalled with a laugh, "I was so excited when they wrote two parts for me -- the classic twin-sister role, the good and the evil one. And I couldn't wait to do it and I was so excited and then I realized it was super-boring to act by myself and what I really loved, what I really craved and what was most exciting for me was being with another actor and feeling that intimacy and that excitement and that thrill of getting to know somebody in that way and that's what keeps me coming back to acting again and again and again and I want to thank my partners in this movie. The adorable Hunter Parrish, the exquisite Kate Bosworth, the magnificent Alec Baldwin, the compassionate and sensitive Kristen Stewart. I wish that they were here with me tonight."anchorfree.us/news/article.php?s=movies&t=julianne-moore-eddie-redmayne-birdman-win-sag-awards-for-film
